Join Touch of Flow on the River Linge
A full serviced day on the river Linge. I take you on the river and guide, give tips and learn you how to navigate your boat. I help you to discover how you can be more relaxed, have a peaceful mind and get yourself into a state of flow.
The journey includes a boat, paddle, life jacket, drinks and lunchpack.

No, we help you to learn how to paddle. Teach you the technics and give you directions how to improve it.
Yes, you can. Although we recommend to leave them safely at home or at the place where we start. We provide a waterproof bag or you can bring one yourself. There are special bag for phones on the market. We always advice to tie the waterproof bag to yourself or the boat.
Most certainly Yes. It could be the water drops of your paddle. It could also be that you fall into the water or that it starts pouring rain. On warm summer days it might be that you just want to jump into the water for a nice swim.
We highly recommend that you bring an extra pair of clothes and a towel. In case you need it, you are happy. If you don't need it your are also glad that you brought in case of...
You can only cancel 72 hours before the day due to reservations of the boat. We offer the option to send someone else if you are not able to join the day.
We advice comfortable sports clothes and sneakers which are ok to get wet. If you have something like therm clothes wear them on a colder day. If you have water shoes or surf boots, those are also nice to wear. Make sure you build layers so you can adjust your clothing to the warmth or cold of your body.
If you fear the water we think this is the best thing you could do to take the first step to reduce fear in your life. Pauline herself is afraid under water, and by going on the water, practice for more then 30 years, she learned how to step into more confidence and enjoy thee natural flow of rivers in life.
